Live Arrival Garuntee
Customers should select "USPS Priority Express" or "Local Pickup" to guarantee live arrival. If dead on arrival still occurs with the previously listed shipping methods, customers should:
- Take a picture of the animal BEFORE opening the bag or removing from container
-Take the picture within 1hr of usps arrival time
-Send the picture and any further information to https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100094526685253 or dillmankeef@gmail.com
Everything must be completed within 2hr of the animals arrival and does not cover customer negligence or animals that die after arrival.
When the above critera is met we will
-Refund The Dead Animals
or
-Ship another fish out to you (we do not cover shipping cost)
